Our people are trained, managed, and motivated by Acquiro 22 to represent your brand at venues, events, and city centre locations across the UK. You get the sales presence and results without the overhead of building it yourself.
Is this a door-to-door sales role?
Absolutely not. Acquiro 22 is a strictly venue-based and experiential sales organisation. Our agents work exclusively at shopping centres, retail parks, city centre locations, exhibitions, and branded events. We do not operate door-to-door sales in any region or office. If you join us, you will never be asked to knock on a door.
Why do some online reviews mention door-to-door in relation to Acquiro 22?
Some older reviews and online references date from an earlier period in our company's history when our model was different. Acquiro 22 has since made a deliberate and complete shift to venue-based and experiential sales only. That change is permanent and applies across every office and region we operate in.
Is the pay commission only?
No and we want to be completely clear on this because outdated information online suggests otherwise. Every Acquiro 22 agent receives a guaranteed retainer — a fixed, regular payment — plus uncapped commission on their results. You always have a reliable income floor, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on your performance.
What does "outsourced and ready to go" mean for a brand partner?
It means we do the heavy lifting. Acquiro 22 recruits, trains, manages, and deploys a professional venue-based sales team on your behalf. Our agents are briefed on your brand, your products, and your compliance requirements before they ever represent you at a venue. You get a fully operational direct sales function — without the time, cost, and complexity of building one in-house.
Which sectors do you work in?
We currently operate across energy, telecoms, and financial services, three of the UK's highest-volume direct sales sectors. Our venue-based model is particularly effective in these industries because face-to-face engagement drives significantly higher conversion and customer understanding than digital or cold-contact alternatives.
What venues and events do your agents work at?
Our agents work at shopping centres, retail parks, busy high streets, city centre pitches, exhibitions, and branded promotional events across all of our UK regions (London, Sheffield, Leicester, Manchester, West Yorkshire, and Essex (opening soon).
How does progression work for agents?
